Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader

Milestone Services LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational policies and programs that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs that align with business objectives
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth and success
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to address them
- Provide guidance and support to middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
- Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior HR or organizational development role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be expected to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
