Milestone Services LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational policies and programs that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs that align with business objectives
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that support business growth and success
- Collaborate with senior leaders to establish financial and administrative controls
- Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior HR role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
