Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Organizational Development Leader to join our team at the Government of Canada - Western. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving organizational success and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive organizational growth and development
  • Lead the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish and achieve organizational objectives
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
  • Lead and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
