About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 12571285 Canada Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Chef Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers receive high-quality food and a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
