Senior Account Director, Client Experience

We are Resolute Digital, a Weber Shandwick Company, and we are seeking an exceptional Senior Account Director to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will oversee complex accounts with multiple workstreams, driving business growth and delivering innovative solutions for our clients.
As a Senior Account Director, you will serve as the primary account lead, providing day-to-day counsel and trusted advice to stakeholders across our clients' organization. You will work closely with clients to translate their needs into meaningful and actionable briefs, communicating expectations and goals to your team.
Your responsibilities will include managing account financials, contributing to driving growth, ensuring team billability and account profitability, and leading financial planning/forecasting. You will also develop positive relationships with partner agencies, working collaboratively as part of integrated agency teams to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire a team by motivating, coaching, consistently providing feedback, and leading by example. If you have 10+ years of communications experience, ideally in an agency setting, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex accounts, we encourage you to apply.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, RRSP, tuition reimbursement, juice money, BYOD, MyDays, short-term disability, and paid parental leave policy.
