We are seeking a seasoned Multilingual Senior Director of Client Experience to join our team in the ClearView Toronto office.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Bilingual Client Success representatives and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing client-facing teams, strong communication skills in English and French, and a proven track record of driving results in a software company environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Bilingual Client Success representatives, including training, performance monitoring, and development.
  • Product Advancement: Attend and contribute to product advancement and security steering discussions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Process Documentation: Document new and update existing processes and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Service Optimization: Optimize and enhance services provided by specific vendors to improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Critical System Access Reviews: Conduct and document critical system access reviews to ensure security and compliance.
  • Resource Development: Create and maintain team resource template materials to support ongoing development and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a team of client-facing representatives in a software company environment.
  • Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Credentials: Must pass criminal and credit background check to obtain federal reliability status for this position.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, though not required for this position.
  • Technical Skills: High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience with MailChimp, Adobe InDesign, and Salesforce an asset.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
