Dynata, the leading digital data collection provider, is seeking a Senior Account Director - Business Growth Expert to drive profitable and sustainable business growth for our most important clients.
About the Role
- Lead Dynata's Canadian region and manage accounts to achieve 3% annual growth.
- Maintain expertise in Dynata products, services, pricing, and application to satisfy client needs.
- Pursue new key individuals in accounts and build relationships to expand business opportunities.
- Conduct regular in-person meetings with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify growth prospects.
- Manage assigned accounts, utilizing knowledge to support customers with Dynata solutions.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve successful client interactions and project outcomes.
- Work closely with Sales leadership to align account strategies with company goals and objectives.
- Be prepared to travel up to 70% of the time.
Requirements
- 5+ years of closing experience and/or account management experience with revenue objectives.
- 3+ years of market research experience in sales or at a market research agency.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota year over year.
- Experience working with CRM software and web conferencing tools.
What We Offer
Dynata offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience, to join our team as a Senior Account Director - Business Growth Expert.
