Job DescriptionWe are seeking a results-oriented and customer-focused Business Development Manager to join our team in Northeast Ontario. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for implementing business development strategies for a targeted territory, analyzing active and potential customers, and developing strategies for new contracts and renewals.
You will also be responsible for strengthening the team's commitment towards common goals, developing and maintaining exemplary relationships with customers, partners, colleagues, and vendors, and optimizing customer profitability through various initiatives.
This is an individual contributor role, and you will be working from a home office setting. You will need to reside in Sudbury or North Bay and have a valid driver's license. We are looking for someone who is an entrepreneurial self-starter with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, disciplined planning and execution abilities, and strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office. They will also have demonstrated ability to work in a self-starting autonomous environment from a home office setting and have a desire to grow as a leader within SPI.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
