Advanced Computers seeks a skilled Senior Financial Strategist to lead the financial and administrative functions of our organization. This role will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive corporate growth.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of experience in finance and administration.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

Main Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.

This is a permanent position, requiring 37.5 hours of work per week. The estimated salary for this role is $100,000-$120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in finance and administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and team player attitude.
