About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Regional HR Strategist to lead our Human Resources operations across North America. This pivotal role will align regional initiatives with global mandates and support airport lounges, F&B outlets, and passenger services.

  • As Senior Regional HR Strategist, you will provide strategic leadership and support for the North America region, collaborating closely with the CHRO and regional business leaders.
  • You will work in tandem with the HR Center of Excellence (COE) team at headquarters to ensure alignment of regional initiatives with global strategies.
  • Develop localized HR programs and policies aligned with global objectives, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations across North American countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including organizational development, employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, and training.
  • Guide and support Country HR Leads on technical matters and policy development.
  • Partner with stakeholders to bridge HR operational gaps and drive efficiency.
  • Manage HR budgets and workforce planning for the region.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese is highly desirable.
  • Extensive knowledge of US and Canadian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong understanding of the aviation and hospitality industries.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience working in a multi-national corporate environment and collaborating with global HR teams.
