Sales Records Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Records Supervisor to join our team at Trademarks Properties Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of sales records and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Train and Develop Team Members
Provide guidance and support to our sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Prepare and Submit ReportsCompile and analyze sales data to produce accurate and timely reports that inform business decisions.
Resolve Operational IssuesIdentify and address any operational problems or inefficiencies that may impact our sales performance.
Ensure Financial AccuracyVerify the accuracy of financial transactions and ensure that all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
Coordinate Work ActivitiesAssign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitor progress, and provide feedback to ensure that goals are met.
Manage ResourcesRequisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support business operations.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional TeamsWork closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
Establish Work ProceduresDevelop and implement efficient work processes and procedures to improve productivity and reduce errors.
Requirements- Education
A degree in a related field, such as business administration or finance.
ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience in a sales or operations role, with a proven track record of success in data management and analysis.
SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Technical SkillsProficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Work EnvironmentA fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail required.
LanguageFluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
