Position Overview

The Sales Records Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the management of sales documentation and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on sales records and performance metrics.
  • Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, offer technical guidance, and propose strategies to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Financial Accuracy: Ensure all financial transactions are precise and compliant with company standards.
  • Work Coordination: Organize, delegate, and review tasks among team members.
  • Resource Management: Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for the department.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Scheduling: Develop and implement work schedules and procedures for the team.
Technical Skills
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word is essential.
Work Environment

Qualifications
