Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Didar Asian Supermarket Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stockroom is well-organized.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise and manage stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that the sales floor is adequately staffed at all times.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales workers, providing feedback and coaching to improve their performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
