Shivani Sales Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Order Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales order processing system.

As a Sales Order Clerk, your responsibilities will include preparing sales contracts, invoicing clients, and managing operational logistics. You will also be responsible for supervising accounting and related clerks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process sales contracts with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Generate invoices for clients in a timely manner.
  • Supervise and guide accounting and related clerks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics within the organization, optimizing processes for maximum effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales orders and transactions.
Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluency in Hindi or Punjabi.
