HANJRA HAULERS INC. is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administering policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation. Additionally, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.

You will also be responsible for performing data entry, overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures. If you have experience in a fast-paced environment and can work under pressure, we encourage you to apply.

This is a permanent position, and the language of work is English. The hours of work are 40 hours per week.
