Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement office procedures and routines to maximize productivity
  • Coordinate appointments and schedules for staff members
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, and relay messages to the relevant personnel
  • Manage electronic inquiries and respond to customer requests
  • Source and maintain office supplies, and manage inventory levels
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and document management
