Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development and Sales Leadership: Drive annual sales growth while maintaining profit margins by designing and implementing strategies to expand into new and existing markets.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, while identifying and nurturing new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and strategic relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and refine strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profit margin targets.
Marketing Leadership:
  • Crafting and executing integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Manage digital campaigns, including social media, email, SEO, and content marketing, while overseeing the creation of high-quality materials to maintain a consistent and impactful brand voice.
Leadership and Management:
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team through coaching, mentoring, and performance enablement.
  • Inspire and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree will be an asset).
  • 7+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the health, wellbeing, or corporate services sector.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth, achieving sales goals, and increasing market share.
What We Offer:
  • An estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
