We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Sales Operations Strategist to join our team in Vancouver. As a key member of our global sales operations team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our sales go-to-market strategy.

About the Role

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for identifying gaps and optimization opportunities across our GTM divisions using quantitative and qualitative insights. You will define metrics and leading indicators of business performance, develop recommendations for leadership on strategic resource allocation decisions, and partner closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to set strategic goals and execute key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process changes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with sales enablement and other GTM roles to create, update, and centralize documentation used by the sales organization
  • Own and refine the sales productivity model, socializing with key stakeholders to support planning and actuals of field resources
  • Drive competitive intelligence and strategy definition across core industry verticals, including quarterly market insights
  • Responsible for driving and project managing ad hoc sales projects as needed
About You

We are looking for a candidate with 12+ years' related sales, go-to-market strategy experience, preferably in a high-growth mid-market fintech environment. You should have a proven track record of leading and motivating a team of direct and indirect reports, delivering on operational objectives/outcomes.

You must be a proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team leader and coach with a GSD (Get Stuff Done) mentality. You should be able to build and drive new ways of working, eventually optimizing for continued efficiency, scalability, and agility.

The estimated base salary range for this position is CAD $225,000 - $260,000.
