Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Unified Systems Inc. as a Senior User Support Technician.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position that involves working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and software applications.
You will consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to identified problems. Your excellent oral and written communication skills will enable you to provide clear advice and training to users, ensuring they understand how to use various software applications and systems effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to users on the effective use of computer systems and software applications.
- Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with colleagues to redesign applications and software systems to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
