Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at TOTAL FENCING SOLUTIONS INC.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to facilitate effective communication among team members.
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Manage the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement budget plans to optimize expenditures and resources.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet productivity goals.
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Schedule appointments and confirm details to ensure timely meetings.
  • Oversee report preparation and payroll administration to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records.

Compensation and Benefits
