About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strategic Office Coordinator to join our team at BAIDWAN EXPRESS LTD. This role is responsible for coordinating office administrative procedures, managing inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing periodic and special reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including managing inventory and budgetary controls
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and coordinate office services
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset, with 3-4 years of supervisory experience
Technical Skills
  • Electronic mail management
  • Spreadsheet software proficiency
  • Inventory control software knowledge
  • MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows skills
Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
