At Lemon Liquor, Wine and Spirits, we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining office efficiency and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

This position offers a competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determining and Establishing Office Procedures: The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines that ensure efficient operations.
  • Scheduling and Confirming Appointments: You will schedule and confirm appointments for management and staff.
  • Electronic Enquiries: Answering electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner is essential.
  • Information Filing Systems: Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and accessible data.
  • Correspondence and Documents: Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Microsoft Excel: Proficiency in MS Excel is required for data analysis and reporting.
  • Microsoft Word: Strong typing skills and familiarity with MS Word are necessary for document creation and editing.
