Motor11Express is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, and ensure that all necessary documents are completed and submitted on time.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
