Digital Client Partnership Manager

Swoon is seeking a skilled Digital Client Partnership Manager to join our team in Toronto. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for building strong client relationships.
About the RoleAs a Digital Client Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contractor assignments, from onboarding to offboarding. You will work closely with MSP partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
This role requires excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement. You will be responsible for developing strategic account management plans to maximize client retention and identify upselling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle of contractor assignments, including onboarding, escalations, and offboarding
- Collaborate with Senior Managers and Directors to develop strategic account management plans
- Monitor client SLAs, including time to fill, interview ratios, and hire ratios
- Identify potential risks and communicate them to internal Directors and Leadership
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- The ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
