About the Role

TOTEM Recruteur de talent is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team as a Digital Review Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, coordinating the publication of articles in our digital review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and coordinate the publication of articles in the digital review;
  • Communicate with authors, editors, and reviewers to ensure timely and accurate publication;
  • Review and edit articles for content and grammar;
  • Work with the editorial team to integrate the digital review into our website;
  • Prepare payment documents for authors and transmit them to the accounting department;
  • Assist with subscription management and provide technical support to subscribers;
  • Support the editorial team with formatting and layout of educational content.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • AEC or DEC in administration, business, or a related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in the publishing industry is an asset;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to format documents and layouts.
