Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic by handling activities related to customer service, administration, accounting, human resources management, and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll and employee records;
- Process accounts payable and receivable;
- Oversee material resources;
- Support new employee integration;
- Train customer service agents;
- Assist with reception duties;
- Manage schedules;
- Contribute to marketing development projects;
Requirements
- DEC or diploma in administration and/or accounting and/or medical secretarial work (asset);
- Knowledge in accounting (asset);
- Familiarity with Sage, Excel;
- Clinic Master, Desjardins payroll (asset);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Experience in a similar role and/or in customer service;
- Bilingualism (required);
- Analytical skills and ability to synthesize information;
- Sense of autonomy, organization, and good priority management;
- Proven problem-solving skills;
- Ability to stay calm during peak periods;
