Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Recrute Action Inc. as a Commercial Law Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Prepare and review correspondence, legal documents, and other materials to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical standards.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Screen candidates for job openings, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
