Position Overview:

TOTEM recruteur de talent is representing a distinguished professional association that boasts a substantial membership base. We are in search of an Administrative Coordinator for the Digital Publications sector. This role entails managing the reception, editing, formatting, and online dissemination of articles for the digital magazine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and prepare written content for publication in the digital magazine.
  • Relay editorial feedback to authors and implement necessary revisions.
  • Conduct language reviews of submitted texts.
  • Integrate the magazine into the association's website using HTML.
  • Prepare documentation for author remuneration.
  • Assist with billing for subscriptions and offer technical assistance to subscribers.
  • Collaborate with fellow assistants on text formatting for ongoing education initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • AEC or DEC in Office Administration or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the publishing industry is advantageous.
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
