Digital Magazine Content Coordinator

TOTEM recruteur de talent is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's Professional Development department. This role focuses on the vital task of managing the content for their digital information magazine.
As the Digital Magazine Content Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth publication process from initial submission to online presentation.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with authors by collecting, formatting, and reviewing their articles for accuracy and clarity.
- Provide constructive feedback to authors, guiding them through revisions and ensuring adherence to style guidelines.
- Meticulously proofread all content for grammatical errors and stylistic consistency.
- Utilize HTML skills to integrate the magazine seamlessly into the organization's website.
- Prepare necessary documentation for author payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assist with subscription billing procedures and provide technical support to subscribers.
- Support other administrative assistants by providing formatting assistance for continuing education materials.
- A recognized diploma in Office Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a publishing environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness in managing tasks independently.
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines consistently.
