Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Quebec/Atlantic Sales Division, overseeing sales activities and driving growth in the foodservice and industrial sector
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and delivery of service
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning
  • Travel throughout Quebec and Eastern Canada to meet with clients and attend industry events

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry
  • Good network within the industrial and food service industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Fluency in French and English (both written and verbal) is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to travel throughout Quebec and Eastern Canada as required
