**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Booster Juice. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, monitor revenues, and determine labor costs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, recruit staff, set staff work schedules, train staff, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role
  • Language: English

  • Team Player: Strong communication and teamwork skills
