Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation

Oversee the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and manage a team of food service staff to ensure that we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional customer service.

Quality Control

Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality control, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Reporting and Record Keeping

Prepare and submit accurate reports on stock levels, sales, and wastage, as well as maintain records of staff performance and customer feedback.

Requirements
  • Leadership and Supervision

Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their roles effectively.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of customer service.

Personal Qualities

Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.

Experience

Have a minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of food service operations and customer service principles.

Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule

Work a standard 40-hour week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as required.

Language

Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
