About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Aseer Time Canada Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Conduct regular assessments of our food service operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Menu Planning and Pricing: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement menu plans that meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
  • Labour Cost Management: Monitor and control labour costs to ensure they are in line with our budget and business objectives.
  • Staff Performance Management: Supervise and train our food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Daily Operations Planning: Develop and implement daily operations plans that ensure seamless execution of our food service operations.
  • Staff Recruitment and Scheduling: Recruit, train, and schedule staff to meet the needs of our food service department.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our food and beverage inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Complaint Resolution: Respond to customer complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
