Inventory Management

Estimate and manage ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing waste.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Reporting and Record-Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management to inform business decisions.

Team Supervision

Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.

Work Scheduling

Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and maintaining a positive work environment.
