Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ethnic Food Service Manager to join our team at SHAHEEN FOOD CENTRE INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
    • Estimate food requirements and manage inventory to minimize waste
  • Staff Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Kitchen Operations and Maintenance
    • Ensure kitchen facilities and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and in good working order
    • Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Client Focus and Communication
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
