This position will serve as a key member of our Client Relationship Management (CRM) team, driving business planning and operational efficiency while fostering strong relationships with clients.

About the Role

This dynamic leader will oversee the development and implementation of business plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to improve processes, streamline operations, and enhance the overall client experience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and business management principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and retention
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Leading cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency
  • Providing leadership, mentorship, and development to the CRM team
