About the Opportunity

As a key member of the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) team, you will play a vital role in developing and executing client-centric strategies that drive growth and retention. With a strong focus on building and maintaining exceptional relationships with institutional clients and prospects, this role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in financial services or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue growth and client satisfaction targets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver client experience initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and ongoing improvement.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and objectives, using this insight to inform strategic decisions and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or certification an asset.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services, management consulting, or a related industry, with a proven track record of success in client-facing roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients, colleagues, and senior leaders.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a strong commitment to teamwork and a customer-centric approach.
Compensation:

$130,000 - $160,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
