Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medications (IM, SC, and IV as applicable) in home or specialty clinic settings, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Support and monitor the administration of IV infusion treatments in clinics and homecare settings, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide patient education based on program protocols, individually or in groups, promoting informed decision-making and empowering patients to manage their health.
  • Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and policies & procedures, ensuring a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Coordinate daily with patients, case managers, physicians, scheduling, and other departments to meet established timelines for scheduling appointments, treatments, and communication of information, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Perform administrative duties such as monthly clinic audits, supply ordering, and other duties as assigned, contributing to the efficient operation of our clinics and homecare services.
  • Participate regularly in team web-based meetings and training sessions with the Business Area Manager, RNE, and Nurse Champion to maintain and enhance professional practice standards, promoting continuous learning and quality improvement.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Practical Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse, with a strong foundation in IV therapy and medication administration.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills in dealing with patients, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams, with a patient-centered approach.
  • Able to work autonomously with little supervision as part of a larger team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to travel within a geographical boundary, with a valid, non-expired, unrestricted driver's license and insurance coverage.
