We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing expert nursing care to patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.

Salary: $49,826 per annum (based on 11.63 hours/day and 2015 annual base hours)

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional registered nursing services, including administration of prescribed medical treatments, leadership within the healthcare team, and coordination of patient care and discharge. This role requires recent surgical nursing experience and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care.

Requirements:

  • Recent surgical nursing experience required
  • Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program
  • Current CRNM registration
  • Active participation in professional associations preferred
  • Scope of practice as documented in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA)
