We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Planning Director to join our Enterprise Strategy team at Scotiabank. This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth and development across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the execution of strategic projects, working closely with senior management, business line leads, and stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, aligning with the Bank's overall objectives and priorities.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across business lines and corporate functions, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Provide strategic counsel and thought leadership to Senior Executives, helping them define priorities and achieve their goals.
- MBA, PhD, or relevant post-graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, with expertise in strategy execution and project management.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and complexity.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and developing high-potential talent.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
