About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team at JSV Constructions LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Services Coordination: Oversee the coordination of administrative services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Financial Management: Collect and record administrative and service fees, and assist in preparing annual budgets.
  • Corporate Governance: Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and arrange for training of staff, as well as interview and provide training for new hires.
  • Budget Administration: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, with a 40-hour workweek and English language requirements.

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
