Key Responsibilities- Administrative Services Coordination
Coordinate and oversee the provision of administrative services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Financial ManagementCollect and record administrative and service fees, and assist in preparing annual budgets to ensure financial stability.
Staff ManagementDirect and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
Corporate GovernanceDirect and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the established framework.
Training and DevelopmentHire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
Reporting and EvaluationPrepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services, providing insights for improvement.
Requirements- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Working hours: 40 hours per week
