About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Athwal Electrical Corporation. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing records, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Payroll Administration: Manage payroll administration, including processing payroll, handling benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
