Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at 1377605 BC Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, managing budgets, and supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Services Coordination
    • Coordinate and manage administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Budget Management
    • Prepare and administer annual budgets for administrative services.
    • Monitor and control expenses to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and direct staff engaged in providing administrative services.
    • Provide guidance and training to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Develop and implement procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
