Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Manager to join our team at Sunstone Custom Homes Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Services Coordination

Coordinate and oversee the provision of administrative services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Financial Management

Collect and record administrative and service fees, and assist in preparing annual budgets to ensure financial stability.

Staff Management

Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.

Corporate Governance

Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.

Training and Development

Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.

Reporting and Evaluation

Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services, ensuring that our operations are meeting the required standards.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
