We are seeking a seasoned Outbound Sales Representative who excels in relationship management and can establish a strong presence in their designated territory (Edmonton and Calgary)
- Must be able to travel once per quarter for remote territories.
- The salary range is $70,000 + up to $10,000 yearly bonus
Job Overview:
This role is crucial for someone who thrives in building client relationships and executing sales strategies. You will be responsible for introducing our new nicotine-based residual sales product to convenience retail territories across Canada. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to establish enduring relationships with retailers, securing both initial sales and ongoing customer loyalty. In the role of Outbound Sales Representative at GN Canada, a significant part of your responsibilities will include managing and servicing contract agreements with national accounts. This will involve negotiating terms that benefit both the client and the company, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and maintaining scalable, long-term relationships with major retail chains across the country. Your ability to understand and adapt to the needs of large-scale clients, while effectively communicating the unique benefits of our innovative nicotine products, will be crucial. Success in this aspect of the role will not only drive revenue but also solidify our brand's presence in major markets, facilitating sustained growth and expansion. This strategic focus requires a meticulous approach to account management, keen attention to detail, and a proactive mindset in addressing client concerns and seizing growth opportunities within these key partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to secure ongoing sales.
- Initiate contact with potential clients, presenting our cutting-edge nicotine products, and highlighting partnership benefits.
- Provide exemplary customer service, address inquiries promptly, and resolve issues swiftly to maintain and build trust.
- Utilize internal CRM systems for detailed documentation of client interactions, preferences, and feedback, allowing for customized future communications.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing sales performance, customer engagement, and strategic insights for territory management.
- Inform clients about product specifics, including updates and enhancements, to boost customer engagement and loyalty.

- Strong communication skills in English (fluently).

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales with consumer goods regulated by Nicotine, Liquor or Cannabis regulation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience On the road in Territory management.
- Strong analytical abilities with at least 2 years of experience in CRM software and data-driven strategies.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
