Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead our Data Science team at TripleLift, a fast-growing advertising platform. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing ad inventory, bidding strategies, and performance metrics to drive revenue growth and Exchange efficiency.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization techniques, with a demonstrated history of recruiting and managing high-performing teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, data requirements, and analytical approaches, and help integrate data-driven insights into company strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of proficient data analysts focused on analyzing data from the Triplelift exchange, and build the function into a center of excellence for data analytics.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Data Science, Engineering, and Marketplace teams to ensure seamless integration of data-driven insights into company strategy.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses, provide guidance on analytical techniques and best practices, and provide analytical support to various departments as needed.
  • Develop and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms to extract meaningful, actionable insights from data.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics).
  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, with 1+ years in a managerial capacity, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and driving business impact.
  • High level of proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
