At Lighthouse Autism Center, LLC, we're dedicated to providing collaborative and compassionate care for individuals with autism. Our mission is to promote the best outcomes for our learners, and we're seeking a talented BCBA to serve as a Clinical Director.

Job Overview

This leadership position involves overseeing general building needs, client progress, coordination of outside visitations/assessments, and supervising Program Managers and Junior Program Managers. As a Clinical Director, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring effective service delivery, a positive working environment, and ongoing training of those you oversee.

About the Role

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary range of $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. This figure takes into account the requirements and qualifications of the role, as well as the location.

  • Up to $10,000 relocation assistance available

Responsibilities
  • Oversee general building needs and ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff
  • Coordinate outside visitations/assessments to support client progress
  • Supervise Program Managers and Junior Program Managers to ensure effective service delivery
  • Mentor and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality services
Requirements
  • Master's Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • State licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure
  • Eligibility to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
  • 2-3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages
  • 2-3 years management/supervision experience
  • Demonstrates exemplary leadership, mentoring, and organization skills
