We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our Data Science team at TripleLift. As the Manager for the Data Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing ad inventory, bidding strategies, and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform strategic decision-making aimed at maximizing revenue and Exchange efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, hire, manage, and mentor a proficient team of data analysts focused on analyzing data from the TripleLift exchange, and build the function into a center of excellence for data analytics across the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, data requirements, and analytical approaches, and help integrate data-driven insights into company strategy.
  3. Conduct ad-hoc analyses, provide guidance on analytical techniques and best practices, and provide analytical support to various departments as needed.
  4. Develop and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms to extract meaningful, actionable insights from data to inform strategic decision-making.
  5. Interpret and communicate findings through insightful reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
  6. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Data Analytics team.
  7. Contribute to the development and enhancement of data infrastructure, including data collection, storage, and retrieval systems.
  8. Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in data analysis.
