  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, including contract preparation, time clock enrollment, and new hire package completion.
  • Manage time and attendance tracking and approval.
  • Set up and track Health and Safety training.
  • Enter journal entries into the data management system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee HR records.
  • Track employee license renewals.
  • Prepare and mail all HR documents.
  • Support HR projects, including AODA, training, and policy updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
